I have many years of experience as PM with various products within Energy business to many countries and cultures. For several years I have been Head of a Project Management Office with responsibility for employees and project portfolios. This has given me the opportunity to support colleagues, in various roles, in their personal development and to achieve their targets. It has further given me the opportunity to lead businesses and to guide in rightsizing of organisations.
